an ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Vice Mayor to re-engage the services of a City Council Consultant to act on matters pertaining to the tracking and analysis of legislative measures and other legislative-related functions with an honorarium of P15,000.00 per month; and further authorizing him to hire another consultant at the same rate of honorarium to act on matters pertaining to Legislative Collaborative Programs and Projects in the Office of the City Vice Mayor, which is an added function of the said office as embodied in the 2009 Annual Budget
