Neri, represented by its Special Administratrix Ms. Veronica Tamparong, covering its properties expropriated by the city as site of the City Abattoir, Barangay Cugman and affected by the road opening at Western Kolambog, Lapasan, this city; and for this purpose authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
