Resolution returning to the Barangay Council of Barangay No. 24, this City, its unnumbered ordinance, entitled: “An Ordinance Requiring the Mandatory Segregation of Waste at Source to All Residents, Lease Occupants of Any Business, Commercial, Private and Public Establishments of Barangay 24 and Providing Penalty for Violation Thereof and For Other Purposes”, with the information that said Ordinance is in order and therefore the same may be given force and effect as of the date fixed for its effectivity
