AN ORDINANCE granting Extra Bonus to all officials and employees of the City Government at the rate of P500.00 each per month; reverting for the purpose the total amount of P17,118,000.00 from the respective items of “Supplies and Materials-Rice” in the 2002 Annual Budget of the various offices/departments and re-appropriating the same to be made available therefor; and authorizing the prepayment thereof every two months of the year at P1,000.00 each
