AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Federation of Coastal Barangay Fisherfolks Association of Cagayan de Oro City (FEDCOBAFAC), covering the release of financial assistance from the Congressional Allocation of Honorable Congressman Constantino G. Jaraula (Lone District, Cagayan de Oro) in the amount of P330,000.00 at P30,000.00 per barangay
