an Ordinance creating the hereunder specified regular positions in the plantilla of personnel of the herein mentioned offices/departments, this City; the funds necessary for the payment of the salaries, PERA, GSIS/Pag-ibig/PhilhealTh and other benefits appurtenant thereto shall be taken from the item: Lumpsum for Newly Created Positions or Lumpsum Creation of New Positions in their respective annual budgets for CY 2017
