Borja General Hospital to “Chief of Hospital III” (Salary Grade 26-Item# 1)”, the funds necessary for the salary, rata, PERA, GSIS/Pag-ibig/Philhealth contributions and other benefits appurtenant thereto chargeable against the allocation of the former position, which is hereby deemed abolished
