AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P505,750.00 from the item “Non-Office: Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (5% Calamity Fund)-30% Quick Response Fund” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available as financial assistance to the herein list of victims per disaster reports/certifications submitted by the City Social Welfare and Development DEPARTMENT, whose houses/properties were damaged due to different calamities that occurred in the City, which were declared as calamity areas under Resolution No. 11220-2012
