Resolution reaffirming the commitment of the City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) of Cagayan de Oro to the implementation of the Philheatlh Indigency Program in Cagayan de Oro City as authorized under Ordinance No. 10507-2007 and in the subsequent memoranda of the agreement between Philhealth and the City Government; and for this purpose, ratifying and confirming the City Government’s payment of Philhealth Premiums/Contributions issued with original receipts, which were funded through the Annual Budgets and Executive Orders issued prior to and after the approval of this Resolution
