AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Education, covering the use of the city’s parcel of land located at Macanhan, Carmen, this city, for the establishment of City High School Annex to accommodate school children thereat, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the proposed moa submitted to this body exclusive of paragraphs (4) and (5) therein
