AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P2,065,776.00 from the item: “Non-Office–Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2015 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including documentation and registration expenses of Lot No. 4386 owned by Sps. Timoteo Quimpo and Praxedes Rivera, which portions thereof described as Lot 4683-A-1, 4386-C-1 & 4386-C-2 with an area of 1,031 square meters, 630 square meters and 14 square meters, respectively, which were affected by the proposed 20.00- meter wide road of Macapagal Drive located at Barangay Canitoan, this City; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the corresponding Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
