AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement with Development Bank of the Philippines, represented by Mr. Ricardo Josef S. Bandal, II, Vice President and Head of BBS-Payments Department and Bancnet Inc., represented by Mr. Ricardo R. Chua, President and Mr. Aristeo P. Zafra, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, covering the implementation of e-Merchant in the city, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the proposed Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement submitted to this Body
