AN Ordinance amending Ordinance no. 10953-2008, entitled: AN ORDINANCE mandating all gasoline stations in the city to sell fuel products regardless of the amount thereof, and providing penalty for violation thereof, so as to add in section 1 therein the phrase “except during emergency/crisis situations when fuel rationing maybe mandated by competent authorities” after the word “thereof”
