AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P23,550.48 from the “Continuing Appropriation for CY 2015 Non-Office–Land Acquisition/Expropriation” to be made available for the payment of documentation, registration, fees, taxes and other incidental expenses for the transfer and registration of Lot No. T-178041 with an area of 399 square meters, located at Barangay Carmen, this City, which was affected by the existing V. Castro Street Extension and donated by the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) to the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, per Ordinance No. 13084-2016
