AN ORDINANCE reverting the sum of P20,000.00 from the item “MOOE: Agricultural Supplies Expenses” in the 2008 Annual Budget of the City Agriculture Office, and reappropriating the same to be made available for the purchase of One (1) unit Brush Cutter, for the use of the said office; and for this purpose, repealing Ordinance No. 10849-2007, entitled: “An Ordinance reverting the sum of p20,000.00 from the item “mooe: Agricultural Supplies Expenses” in the 2007 Annual Budget of the City Agriculture Office, and reappropriating the same to be made available for the purchase of one (1) unit Brush Cutter for the use of the said office”
