An Ordinance authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), covering the implementation of the electrification project at Fil-Chi Upper and Lower Phase 3 Relocation Site, Calaanan, Barangay Canitoan, this City, under the terms and conditions stated therein; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P1,330,777.89 from the “Continuing Allotment CY 2016, Non-Office: Social Services-Local Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Fund (5% Calamity Fund–Disaster Recovery and Rehabilitation” to be made available for the payment of the line construction cost which will be refunded to the City Government (Consumer) in a form of Credit Memo, pursuant to Section 2.6.2 of the Distribution System and Open Access Rules (DSOAR) of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC)
