AN ORDINANCE reverting The sum of p35,000.00 from the item “MOOE-Other Expenses” in the 2007 Annual Budget of the City Health Office, and reappropriating the same to be made available to augment the item “Training Expenses” of said office for the reimbursement of the registration fee of fourteen (14) midwives who attended the 33RD Annual Convention of the Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines on October 17-20, 2007 at Pasay City at P2,500.00 each
