AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Vice Mayor to enter into a Contract of Consultancy Services with Mr. Vicente Y. Emano as Consultant of the City Council SPECIALLY ON MATTERS CONCERNING PEACE AND ORDER effective January 1, 2014 to June 30, 2014 at the rate of One Peso (P1.00) per annum, the funds necessary for the purpose chargeable against the item “MOOE: Consultancy Services” of the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod- Secretary in the 2014 General Appropriation Ordinance
