AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 12316-2012, “An Ordinance accepting and approving the offer of Limketkai Sons, Inc. to advance the sum of P25,974,600.00 to cover the cost of acquisition of land for right-of-way to extend the four-lane Limketkai Avenue up to J.R. Borja Street (P17,974,600.00) and the concreting of the said road with provision of sidewalk, drainage and streetlamps based on engineering plans and cost estimates approved by the City Engineer (P8 Million) including related expenses such as government fees and other impositions through Tax Credit Scheme for a period of three (3) years; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement therefor”, so as to change the amount stated therein “from P25,974,600.00 to P28,084,080.53,” in view of the revised appraisal report thereof; and for other purposes
