AN ordinance declaring portion of Centro, Camaman-an, this city, as calamity area due to gusty wind that occurred thereat on June 9, 2002; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P2,500.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to Jose Borja whose house was damaged as a result thereof
