AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE GUIDELINES IN THE FORMULATION OF BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG PLAN OF ACTION, THE ALLOCATION OF SUBSTANTIAL PORTION IN THE ANNUAL BUDGETS OF ALL BARANGAYS OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF RA 9165 (COMPREHENSIVE DANGEROUS ACT OF 2002) TO COMPLY WITH DILG MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2015-063, ESTABLISHING A SUPPORT FUND FOR ALL THE BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

An ordinance providing guidelines for the formulation of Barangay Anti-Drug Plan of Action, allocation of substantial portion in annual budgets of all barangays for enforcement of RA 9165, compliance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2015-063, and establishment of support fund for Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils.
