AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Deed of Usufruct with the Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD), represented by its General Manager, Engr. Rachel M. Beja, covering the use of the portion of the City-owned Talongan Relocation Site, Calaanan, Barangay Canitoan, this City, with an area of 3,500 square meters, for the establishment of the COWD’s Production Well and Ground Water Tank for the beneficiaries of the City’s Socialized Housing Program in said area, under the terms and conditions stated therein
