AN ORDINANCE accepting the offer of the National Water Resources Board (NWRB), represented by Executive Director Sevillo D. David Jr. to donate to the City of Cagayan de Oro and Department of Education-Cagayan de Oro City, of nine (9) ground water monitoring wells located at Balulang Elementary School, Balulang National High School, Bugo Central School, Suntingon Elementary School, Cagayan de Oro Bugo School of Arts and Trade (COBSAT), Bugo Barangay Hall, Pedro N. Roa Sr. Elementary School, Carmen Macanhan National High School and Macasandig Elementary School, all in Cagayan de Oro City; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the corresponding Deed of Donation therefor for and in behalf of the City Government
