AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P8,100.00 from the item: “Personal Services-Salary Savings of Item No. 22 –Planning Officer IV for the period January 1-8, 2012 (vacated item of Mrs. Ethelinda D. Edrote)” in the 2012 Annual Budget of the City Planning and Development Office, this City, to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave pay benefits of Mrs. Ethelinda D. Edrote, same office, who retired from the government service last January 2012
