AN ORDINANCE declaring portion of Purok 2, Barangay Tablon, this city, as calamity area due to fire that occurred thereat on June 29, 2002; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P8,500.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to Mrs. Leonides Deligero - P8,000.00 and Ms. Teresita Sahol - P500.00, whose houses/property were damaged as a result thereof
