AN ORDINANCE declaring portion of Barangays Carmen, Iponan, Pagalungan, Tignapoloan, Tumpagon and Barangay No. 15, as calamity areas due to separate fires that occurred thereat during the period of October 27, 2001 to March 3, 2002; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P42,750.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to the herein calamity victims whose houses or properties were damaged as a result thereof
