AN oRDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 11349-2009, entitled: “Appropriating the sum of P50,000.00 from the item “MOOE: Other Expenses-Aid to Different Sports/Other Sports Related Expenses/Other Sports Activities And Sports Incentives under the Auxiliary Program And Services-Sports Development (City Wide)” in the 2009 Annual Budget of the City Chief Executive Office to be made available for the payment of cash incentive award to Mr. Armand Dela Cruz who won the IBF Flyweight Championship in Thailand last December 26, 2008”, so as to change the source of fund stated therein to the item “Non-Office: Social Services –Special Account Awards and Rewards –Sports Incentives”.
