AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P45,250.50 from the item “Personal Services-Salaries and Wages Casual Savings” in the 2013 Annual Budget of the Roads and Traffic Administration to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave benefits of Ms. Ana Isabel C. Galendez, Traffic Aide I, whose employment contract ended on May 31, 2013
