AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance no. 9605-2005, entitled: an ORDINANCE declaring Barangay Macasandig and portion of Barangay Indahag as residential zones as provided under ordinance no. 7959-2001, “ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN OF THE CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO FOR THE PERIOD 2000 TO 2010”; and FOR THIS PURPOSE, prohibiting the construction of CELL SITEs AND OTHER TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES AND ALL OTHER commercial building CONSTRUCTIONs thereat AS MAYBE ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, EXCEPT FOR APPROVED SUBDIVISION PROJECTS AND EXISTING COMMERCIAL buildings, so as to add in section 2 therein the phrase “and/or regulated in accordance with Ordinance no. 9119-2004” after the word “prohibited”
