AN ordinance authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Network Rural Bank, represented by its Branch Manager, Mr. Felimon A. Gamad, covering the said bank’s salary loan program to bona fide regular and permanent employees of the City Government, under the terms and conditions stipulated therein and provided that the term of payment of amortization thereof shall be for two (2) years
