AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P618.75 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available to augment the allocation for the registration and documentation expenses of the property owned by Ms. Marciana Tagud, which was affected by the construction of 10.00-meter wide road opening in Barangay Lapasan, this city, and acquired by the City under Ordinance Nos. 7715-2001 and 9415-2004, in view of the increase thereof from P3,270.00 to P3,888.75
