AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P1,164,550.00 from the “Unappropriated Surplus as of December 31, 2015” to be made available to augment the item “Program for Disaster Risk Reduction & Disaster Response-Emergency Shelter Assistance (ESA) in the 2016 Annual Budget of the City Social Welfare and Development Department, to cover payment as financial assistance to the herein list of fire victims, per Disaster Reports/Certifications issued by the said office, whose houses/properties were damaged due to the fire that occurred at portions of Barangay No. 35, Zone 8-Landfill, Barangay Carmen and Parola, Barangay Macabalan, all of this City, on March 19, 2015, June 18, 2015, and August 9, 2015, respectively, WHICH WAS DECLARED AS CALAMITY AREAS UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 12404-2016
