AN ORDINANCE exempting the construction of the proposed fence/shed building located at Barangay Macasandig, this City, by Susan Bahala from the provisions of Ordinance No. 9605-2005 entitled: “An Ordinance declaring Barangay Macasandig and portion of Barangay Indahag as residential zones as provided under ordinance No. 7959-2001; and for this purpose, prohibiting the construction of cell sites and other telecommunication facilities and all other commercial building constructions thereat as maybe adopted by the city council, except for approved subdivision projects and existing commercial buildings”, as amended by Ordinance No. 9710-2005
