AN ORDINANCE declaring portions of Barangays Bugo, Camaman-an, Dansolihon, Pagalungan, Pigsag-An & Puntod, all of this city, as calamity areas due to the separate fires that occurred thereat during the period of May 23 to December 3, 2001; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P22,250.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to the herein SPECIFIED calamity victims whose houses or properties were damaged as a result thereof
