AN ORDINANCE confirming and/or ratifying the Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro represented by Honorable City Mayor Vicente Y. Emano and Handicapped’s Anchor is Christ, Inc. Cagayan de Oro (HACI d’ Oro), represented by Dr. Enrique A. Ampo, STAC/BBC Coordinator, covering the implementation of the project: Stimulation and Therapeutic Activity Center (STAC) and Breaking Barriers for Children (BBC), under the terms and conditions specified in the proposed MOA submitted to this Body
