AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Rio de Oro Ventures to dredge the Cagayan de Oro River at no cost on the City Government; and authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the said proponent-company for the purpose under the terms and conditions specified in the latter’s letter-proposal, subject to the recommendations of the Cagayan de Oro River Development Authority, the direct supervision of the City Engineer and in consultation with the Department of Public Works and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources
