An ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P1 Million from any available source of fund as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available as Surety Bond required in the issuance of Preliminary Injunction by the Court of Appeals in the case entitled “City of Cagayan de Oro et. al. versus Hon. Francisco Rojas, Sr., et. al., CA-G.R. No. SP-72302 for Certiorari”, pending before the Special 15TH Division thereof; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor and/or the City Legal Officer to sign for in behalf of the City the said Surety Bond
