AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Gusa Sports Complex, represented by Engr. Alfonso Y. Lim, Owner, to hold a Three-Day Four Cock Derby at the said complex on May 9, 10, and 11, 2006, from 10:00 A.M. up to 4:00 A.M. of the following day or beyond, subject to the approval and determination of the extension time by the City Mayor
