AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of p500,000.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the partial payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Mr. Manuel P. Engwa, with an appraised value of p3,882,513.60 which was affected by the construction of South Diversion Road and pcdg Bridge Project, Barangay Indahag, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 9940-2005
