AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to enter into and sign Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), represented by its Regional Director Alfonso P. Alamban, covering the implementation of the project entitled: “Cagayan de Oro eBPLS” (Business Permitting and Licensing System), under the terms and conditions stipulated in the proposed MOAs submitted to this Body and subject to the additional condition that the City Government’s counterpart thereof will be its existing equipment donated by the USAID for the Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) Project and that the City Government will not spent a single centavo for the project
