AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 10304-2006, entitled: “reverting and/or appropriating, as the case maybe, the sum of p1,193,551.00 from any available sources of funds as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available to pay the lot owned by the Heirs of Jesus Yamut which was taken by the City Government for road purposes, as ordered by the Court in g.r. no. 172025, City Government of Cagayan de Oro et. al vs. Jesus Yamut”, so as to specify the source of fund thereof as “lump sum DBP-Principal and Interest for Land Banking”
