AN ORDINANCE amending Article IV, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 11087-2008, otherwise known as the Whitewater Rafting Ordinance of Cagayan de Oro City, so as to increase the river rafting minimum uniform rate, rename the old routes therein and open new routes, and for other purposes
