Noel Gomez, appointed Chief of the City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office, covering the period November 5, 2001 to December 31, 2002 (P16,591.00) and January 1, 2002 to July 15, 2002 (P58,679.03); and for this purpose, repealing Ordinance No. 8361-2002
