AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P79,158.08 from the Lump Sum Appropriation of the item “Non-Office: Terminal Leave Benefits” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave benefits of Mr. Vimar P. Emano, former Watchman III of the Office of the City Mayor’s Office, this City, who resigned from public office effective May 15, 2011.
