AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a renewal of Contract of Consultancy with Mr. Marvin P. Pacheco as the City’s Consultant on Youth Affairs at the rate of P15,000.00 per month, effective January 1, 2003, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the previous contract therefor
