AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P30,000.00 from the 5% Calamity Fund to be made available as financial assistance to the families of the late Rosemarie Tamayo (P15,000.00) and Jonnie Cabanas (P15,000.00), both victims/casualties of the lightning that hit a portion of Barangay Lumbia, this city, on June 24, 2007, which was declared under Resolution No. 8787-2007
