An Ordinance appropriating the sum of P30,983,916.00 from the item “Special Projects/Programs: Implementation of City Shelter Plan-Acquisition of 60 Hectares Land @ 350/sq.m.” in the 2017 Annual Budget of the City Planning and Development Office, this City, to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation, Capital Gains Tax, Transfer Fee and Notarial Fee of Lot 1, PCS-10-000893, TCT No. T-62585 with an area of 106,020 square meters located in Barangay Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City and owned by Mr. Lino B. Rabanes, to be used for resettlement site/land banking purposes; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the corresponding Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
