AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P55,629.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2002 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of just compensation including registration expenses of the lot owned by Mr. Gregorio Entia, which was affected by the proposed 10.00-meter wide road from National Highway to the proposed Eastbound Terminal Project at Gusa, this city; and for this purpose authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
