AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Consolacion Barangay Council, represented by Barangay Chairman Alberto T. Laude, covering the proposed improvement of the barangay hall of said barangay, in the amount of P50,000.00, funded under the Rural/Urban Development Infrastructure Program Fund, R. A. 8745, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the MOA submitted to this Body
