AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P33,500.00 from the item “Non-Office: Social Services-5% Calamity Fund” in the 2008 Annual Budget to be made available as financial assistance to the herein list of disaster victims per disaster report/certification submitted by the CSWD, whose houses/properties were damaged due to the fire that occurred on October 4, 2007 and October 11, 2007 at Sitio Sta. Cruz, Barangay Lumbia, and Zone 4, Barangay Bonbon, respectively; and heavy rains on October 14, 2007 at Zone 9, Macanhan, Barangay Carmen, which were declared as calamity areas under Resolution No. 9031-2008
